Very rare matched flute and piccolo set from 1927. Flute Serial Number is 9497 – Piccolo Serial Number is 9495.
It appears these were manufactured in early 1927.
S/N 9497-low pitched A=435 solid silver commercial model 1927 / S/N 9495-low pitched A=435 solid silver piccolo 1927.
The flute and piccolo could use a tune up, the pads should be replaced, as well as the cork. But overall in very good condition.
Am selling this for my neighbor, his wife bought these new, so they’re basically from the original owner. Includes cleaning rod, and what appears to be an oiling bottle.
